X’Life Polyphenol uses top grade green lemons from Taiwan, grown without pesticides using organic farming practices. In the sugar-free fermentation, the whole lemon is used – from seed, juice to peel. Fermentation and manufacturing processes are strictly regulated without additive and without preservative.

As the whole lemon is used in the fermentation, X’Life Polyphenol is packed with more nutrients and bio-flavonoids as compare to other products using just lemon juice. There is more SOD activity, total polyphenols, pectinase, oxygen free radical absorption capacity (ORAC) and free radical scavenging ability (DPPH).

Suggested Use:

Shake well before use! Dilute with drinking water in the ratio of 1:40. Water can be cold, warm or room temperature. Can be consumed at any time (except within an hour to bedtime), before, with or after food. Best is before food.

Consume 10ml – 50ml a day. For health maintenance, 10ml – 20ml daily is sufficient. Do not consume more than 10ml at one time. For optimal benefits, consume multiple times throughout the day.

Tips:

· Use cold water for a delicious lemony drink.

· If needed, honey or sugar syrup can be added to balance the sourness.

· Can be added to fruit juice or other beverages for a more nutritious drink.

· Do not consume an hour before sleep. The high level of natural polyphenols helps to elevate stamina and vitality which may affect sleep quality.
